Compound & Material Prep. Process Engineer

Within System engineering organization develop and industrialize new compounds for tire production.

Main Accountabilities:

• Organize attend and follow up compound industrialization and last development gates.
• Judge compound readiness for production release and implement countermeasure to reach performance targets.
• Collect and organize information for new compounds introduction within OB/MTP process.
• Research, development and implementation  of innovative compound process technologies (method and machinery)
