Solutions Architect

As Solutions Architect, you collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to build value propositions for EVS customers in the broadcast industry for their production of global live sporting and entertainment events. You will work to understand the customer’s challenges and objectives, then builds support for EVS’ proposed solutions by the customers’ technical decision-makers through compelling written and oral communications. You provide market feedback to the Markets & Solutions team with on-the-ground experience as a customer-facing expert.

Overall, the successful candidate will demonstrate an enthusiastic and exceptional ability to:

• Understand how to best champion EVS’s products and solutions to seize the opportunity vs the competition and/or status quo
• Define solutions to address the opportunity; build support within EVS and also within the customer
• Present a clear understanding of customer challenges and objectives, either directly in communications with the customer, and/or indirectly working through sales
• Play a significant role in the customer engagement process, and work strategically with sales to build lasting customer relationships
• Provide market feedback to the Markets & Solutions team with on-the-ground experience as a customer-facing expert
