Senior Front-end Developer

ICEYE is a Finnish-based international New Space company with employees from more than 40 countries. We are building and operating our own commercial constellation of small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data available to customers.

Our Ground Software team develops the software required to operate a constellation of satellites. This includes the planning system that schedules and optimizes the image acquisitions, as well the ground segment software that allows us to operate and task our satellites interfacing with ground stations around the world. As a Senior Frontend Developer at ICEYE you work together with a skilled team to develop and design high performance web applications and services.

Your attributes that we need:

• At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing web applications
• Knowledge of Typescript. Solid and demonstrable React skills with functional components
• Experience with automation, Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with front-end architecture standards and best practices
• Capability of mentoring fellow teammates on how to write maintainable and understandable code
• Ability to think creatively to solve concrete and real problems together in a team
