IT Systems Administrator

Overview: Maintains and supports the integrity of the Microsoft Unified Communications systems, including Skype for Business, Teams (Collaboration and Voice), O365, Azure AD, VMware, Citrix, and provides smart hands and assistance in the Eastern Hemisphere for other IT team members.  This particular role is the single Eastern Hemisphere member of the IT infrastructure team and will need to have specific knowledge of all Eastern Hemisphere locations and a broad skillset in order to properly support the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Administers, installs and troubleshoots a variety of operating systems.
• Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery and file maintenance.
• Schedules, installs, and tests system software upgrades.
• Configures software and resolves technical problems.
• Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements.
• Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
• Escalation point for IT Operational issues related to Windows Infrastructure environments.
