Industrial Engineer (Compound transfer Coordinator)

She/He is part of a team focus on continuous improvement activities targeting at improvement of Plant effectiveness.

As main activity will work to coordinate a cross functional team to manage compound transfer to ensure production in BSEU plants and will work to enhance plants performance through data analysis and benchmarking.

Will work in a matrix and complex environment where change happen at a rapid pace. Should cooperate to established strategic direction and effectively communicate the vision, sharing ideas and thinking out of the box

Ability to design and lead strategy project. Contribute to the overall strategic goals through thought leadership, collaboration and personal contributions.
Review operational metrics regularly with leadership and provide a detailed understanding of business performance for the function, as well as a detailed action plan when goals are not met.
Bring industry perspective to decision making and assesses decisions within a strong business context
