And even without clear figures, similar trends are visible in several European countries. Finally, business continuity and resilience plans are now top-of-mind in all boardrooms, creating additional new opportunities for specialized tech talents. Moreover, the coronavirus will undoubtedly force businesses to reconsider their outsourcing strategies and repatriate critical production plants from China and other low-labor-cost countries, creating thousands of new local jobs in the next 3 years.
