Application Support Specialist

Alight is looking for a proactive and driven Application Support Engineer to join the Application Management and Support (AMS) Team. The role of the Application Support Engineer therefore represents a visible and valued opportunity for the right candidate to have an immediate impact. Working closely with sales and service center to understand their engineering workflow, the Application Support Engineer proposes solutions and best practices to help the client meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:

The individual will be involved in the following critical activities:

• Act as primary point of contact to Sales and Service Center (SSC) for all technical issues related to their use of Appian, UiPath, K2 … Tools.  Identify problems and take responsibility for successful resolution of issues, including reporting of bugs.
• Conduct technical discussions with SSC business teams on behalf of AMS, exploring the applications of existing platforms to their projects.  Present new features of the software platforms to address customer needs
