DevOps Automation Engineer – Work From Home

The DevOps Support Lead I role will lead technical and operational support activities for Alight application technologies.  This role includes both participating in and leading architectural analysis and review, application installation and configuration, systems performance profiling, infrastructure and middleware integration, and coordination, and support of the applications running on primarily virtualized Linux and container environments.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads troubleshooting of system issues and incidents of medium to high complexity.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex software and hardware incident tickets within established SLAs.
• Leads collaboration with infrastructure and production support groups to develop, plan, and implement system enhancements and upgrades on Linux and containerized platforms.
• Works independently with infrastructure and support groups to deploy and configure new applications into the infrastructure environment.
• Demonstrates broad expertise across software and infrastructure components and coaches other colleagues on those technologies
