ERP DevOps Engineer

As a ERP DevOps Engineer you are responsible for the development and release management of the main applications (Odoo & SAP). Lead, inspire and motivate the team members and external partners, with the technical aspects of their jobs (such as coding and programming) to assure quality and performance of the deliverables.
KEY TASKS

• Define development standards and guidelines and enforce them
• Be the DevOps evangelist and define, maintain and ensure compliance with developments best practices
• Assure performance and compliance of developments, in an international and multicultural environment, by reviewing code and holding development meetings regularly
• Design and improve solutions leading to performant and secure systems, aim for 0 errors or defects and rework needed
• Coach and provide guidance to external development resources
