International Technical Traineeship

During this two-year international technical traineeship from Tata Steel Downstream Europe. Downstream Europe is the network of 20+ locations around Europe where steel is processed into high value, differentiated products, serving a range of markets. We invest in your development.  This traineeship offers you a unique opportunity to work at various international and national locations. As an improvement engineer you will be challenged from day 1 with interesting improvement projects and you have direct responsibility within a team of professionals. You are expected to make a direct impact in our operational processes and improvement programs, you are also a sparring partner for senior management and your fellow trainees. The traineeship will start in October 2022.

To ensure that you develop quickly in your personal and functional skills, you rotate within 4 different business units, across four different locations and you are part of a group of trainees with whom you follow training courses.
