ITS Director Infrastructure Operations

 You will be responsible for the ITS Infrastructure (Networking, Data Centers and Cloud Services) landscape to enable business capabilities and services across the organization. You will bring current knowledge and a future vision for transforming the Infrastructure and Support Functions including ITS Strategy, service offerings, and workforce needs.

You will act as an impactful stakeholder in all relationships with externally sourced Infrastructure and Operations capabilities. In addition, you’ll act as a single point of contact towards the ITS Leadership Team and other stakeholders. You will ensure that the Infrastructure and Support Strategy is fully aligned and positioned to deliver compelling business value.

More in details, you will:

• Develop the infrastructure roadmap in line with the ITS strategy and integrate digital transformation in a new way of working
• Develop Cloud Strategy
• Manage policies and procedures with regards to Infrastructure Management, Qualification and Compliance Regulations
• Create OLA’s and SLA’s in order to support our Service Level towards the business
• Contribute to the Business Continuity Management Processes
• Be responsible of the ITS Infrastructure Budget
