MEICA Project Manager

During tendering, execution, start-up & commissioning, O&M till project completion, she/he will be involved as Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager depending on size of the project and responsible for:

• Setting-up and Coordination of all technical aspects of the projects (between civil, process and electromechanical aspects), creating, coaching a team of experts.
• Coordination between civil, process  and electromechanical installations.
• Plan and follow-up of the design activities during all phases of a project.

She/He shall ensure:

• deliverables according to general schedule,
• conformity with the contract, the tender documents and the offer,
• creative solutions to improve reliability and minimum risks and improve the schedule.
