R&D Engineer Consumer TDWinter&AllSeason

Purpose

To develop products for both European and EMIA markets as part of an integrated project team, embracing a strong project management discipline and facing technical challenges in order to meet the future needs.

Main Accountabilities

• Contributes to the technical development of tyres for delivery to consumer markets by participating in technical teams.
• Contributes to the process of benchmarking, designing prototypes, planning and analysing of test results, and prepairing technical documentation.
• Participates in defining engineering approaches and in planning and scheduling work.
• Prepares appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
• Provides his/her contribution to the preparation of Technical Meetings with the BSEMEA functions.
• Manages assigned tasks with high level of proficiency and autonomy.
