Senior ERP DevOps Engineer

As Senior ERP DevOps Engineer you are responsible for the development and release management of the main applications (SAP ERP & Odoo). Lead, inspire and motivate the team members and external partners, with the technical aspects of their jobs (such as coding and programming) to assure quality and performance of the deliverables.

KEY TASKS

• Define development standards and guidelines and enforce them
• Be the DevOps evangelist and define, maintain and ensure compliance with developments best practices
• Assure performance and compliance of developments, in an international and multicultural environment, by reviewing code and holding development meetings regularly
• Design and improve solutions leading to performant and secure systems, aim for 0 errors or defects and rework needed
• Coach and provide guidance to external development resources
• Be responsible for agile capacity and resource planning
• Define the roadmap of development and take full accountability for qualitative delivery within budget & planning
• Understand the needs of stakeholders and convey this to developers
• Properly estimate tasks, propose a sprint goal and manage the backlog and an efficient sprint planning meeting
