TS engineer (Mixing)

Task(s):

• Achieve production indicators (quantity, quality) in the area; increasing efficiency; reduce in-process and finished product losses
• Implement new compounds and raw materials
• Prepare mixing process and conduct trials and follow up and report the results
• Failure analysis and troubleshooting in production processes
• Implement global standards, (Bridgestone TCE standards)
• Prepare and supervise local product specification and  related standards
• Regular reporting towards management – processes, results, changes, standardization
• Keeping contact with Technical Center
